Operators having an existing and established vendor base for civil and electrical works use this model to overcome the difficulties in bundling the same together due to a shortage of efficient Program management resources.

We employ large pool of qualified engineers with adequate competence and experience in Telecom. We depute these trained personnel to provide technical support at the client site / offices as per their requirements. As on 30th September 2007, we had deputed over 150 personnel at client site. Radio Network Optimization

1.	Project Name - Huawei RNO Framebidding
	Circles: PAN India
	Size of the Project: RNO activities for Over 5500 sites
	Scope of the Project: Scope of the project includes carrying out Radio Network Optimization activities including Drive tests, RF Surveys, optimization Drives, RF Planning and other activities. We have carried out these activities both on per site basis and SDCA basis depending on the request of the customer.
2.	Project Name - ZTE RNO Frame bidding
	Circles: PAN India
	Size of the Project: RNO activities for Over 5700 sites
	Scope of the Project: Project scope includes carrying out Radio Network Optimization activities like carrying out RF Surveys (Including report submission in Excel Sheet/PPT/Auto Cad Format), RF Drive tests, Optimization drives, RF planning and other related activities for the customer.
3.	Project Name - ERICSSON RNO Project
	Circles: PAN India
	Size of the Project: RNO activities for Over 4300 sites
	Scope of the Project: Scope of the project includes carrying out Radio Network Optimization activities including Drive tests, RF Surveys (and submitting reports in the desired formats), optimization Drives, RF Planning and other related activities.
